Participation to “NATO Career Opportunities” Meeting

On March 12, Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute, organized a meeting titled “NATO Career Opportunities” delivered by the NATO Assistant Secretary General for Executive Management Mr. Carlo Borghini & Outreach and Communication Officer from NATO Talent Acquisition Ms. Ioana Andrada.
The meeting was directed towards introducing opportunities for possible future career options at NATO Headquarters in Belgium. Several opportunities were introduced such as Internship Programme, Young Professionals Programme, Temporary Positions and Voluntary National Contribution. It was mentioned that the internship program is highly competitive with over 10.000 applications. It was also emphasized that for the competitive screening process, AI assistance is not being used and each candidate is being reviewed one by one according to the applied positions.
Mr. Carlo Borghini and Ms. Ioana Andrada shared additional details and their personal experience with student’s in order to address their questions and comments. CMDR COE was represented with the presence of highly qualified interns and the interns were introduced for possible career opportunities in NATO.
